A LIFE BUILT ON HARD WORK

​I know what it means to work hard and persevere. I raised my daughter while working full-time, putting myself through college, and volunteering in my community. Like so many families in Polk County, I had to juggle responsibilities, stretch every dollar, and keep moving forward no matter how tough things got. Those experiences gave me deep empathy for the challenges families face every day — and the determination to build a community where everyone has a fair shot.

CAREER AND LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

For more than 25 years, I’ve led in public service and community organizations — from Chevron and Stanford University to ODOT and 17 years at Cherriots. I’ve served as a Monmouth City Councilor, Chair of the Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments, and President of the Monmouth Business Association. Alongside that service, I founded Robixy, a marketing, design, and promotional products company, which gave me firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities local entrepreneurs face.
